For use on 2006 Dyna and 2007-up Big Twins. Designed for use with the F6F kit. It used to press the H-D 5C gear off and to press the BAKER 5C helical gear onto the shaft. With a standard issue hydraulic press and this tool, the job is very easy. Typically, you don't have to heat any to the gears to simplify installation. Dealers and technicians love this tool as it makes their jobs simple to install an F6F kit. It also comes in handy sometimes when you work on OEM Cruise Drive transmissions.
For use on 2006 Dyna and 2007-up Big Twins. The larger nut on the new factory 6-speeds requires a larger socket wrench. It is made from a single piece of bar stock and hard chrome plated for a super tough finish. The throat of our socket is deeper than many others too.
This kit is required for removing the old maindrive gear and bearing
and installing the new ones. The designs of these tools are based on
the standard Harley tools but adapted to service left side drive 5 & 6
speeds and right side drive 5 & 6 speeds. The steel components of
this service kit are hard chrome plated and polished. The aluminum
components are anodized candy apple red. Includes very detailed
tool sequence instruction sheets.

This kit is required for removing and installing the inner primary
bearing race, P/N 34091-85, which is used on all Big Twin models
from late 1984-up. The inner race must be removed to slide the
gearset out of the case. The design of these tools are based on the
standard Harley tools but adapted to service left side drive 5 & 6
speeds and right side drive 5 & 6 speeds.
The pulley locking tool is clamped to the pulley as shown and
prevents pulley rotation while torqueing the 1-7/8” pulley nut to the
proper factory spec. of 50ft-lbs +35o. Anodized candy apple red.
Works on 29-34 tooth pulleys.
For use on 1936-2006 Big Twin. The mother of all pulley nut socket wrenches is made from one piece
of bar stock and hard chrome plated for a super tough finish. The
throat of our wrench is deeper than other wrenches to enable service
work on Right Side Drive 5-Speed and 6-Speed transmissions.
